My coaching leverages more than 20 years of leadership experience and my behavioral science studies. Individual coaching typically involves conversations by phone or in person, a few times per month. Team mentoring typically involves on site group learning in half day or full day workshops. Often team exercises and individual coaching are combined.
I am also available for public speaking and presentations to larger audiences.
